چکیده

The increase in capacity demand for vehicular communication is generating interest among researchers. standard spectra allocated to VANET tend be saturated and are no longer enough real-time applications. Millimeter-wave a potential candidate However, millimeter-wave susceptible pathloss fading, which degrade system performance. Beamforming, multi-input multi-output (MIMO) diversity techniques being employed minimize throughput, reliability data rate issues. This paper presents tractable channel model performance degradation due error addressed by concatenated Alamouti space-time block coding (ASTBC) Bose–Chaudhuri–Hocquenghem (BCH) coding. Two closed-form approximations of bit (BER), one BCH Rayleigh fading the second with ASTBC, derived. These expressions comprise SNR code can utilized designing architectures. results show that BER using ASTBC outmatches conventional expression. analytical compared numerical results, thereby showing accuracy our expressions. proposed evaluated different rates.
